7. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

This statement includes the user license agreement and privacy policy of edunext.ai (EDUNEXT). By visiting the edunext.ai website, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions. 1) You acknowledge that EDUSISCO Eğitim ve Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. owns all rights, title and interests regarding the Products available in the Application, including, without limitation, all applicable Intellectual Property Rights regarding the products and services it offers. 'Intellectual Property Rights', in any case (and in any application) anywhere in the world, when it comes to: patent laws, copyright, trade secrets, know-how, classified information, business names and domain names, computer programs, trademark It refers to all intellectual property rights, including laws, service marks, trade names, service models, design rights, semiconductor topography rights, database rights. (i) You will not copy (including photocopying, etc.), sell, license, distribute, transfer, modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or attempt to convert the source code in the Products unless permitted. (ii) You will not take any action that would circumvent or impair the security or content usage rules provided, established or enforced by any functionality in the Products (including, without limitation, digital rights management or forwarding lock functionality), (iii) You will not use the Products to access, copy, transmit, transcode or retransmit content in any way that violates any law or the rights of any third party; or (iv) You agree that you will not remove, obscure or change EDUSİSCO Eğitim ve Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş.'s copyright notices, trademarks or other proprietary rights notices added to or contained in the Products, and that you will not allow third parties to do so. EDUSİSCO Eğitim ve Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş., including intellectual property rights regarding all products and services available in the application. owns all rights and properties. In this context, you will not copy (including photocopying, etc.), adapt, sell, license, distribute, translate, attempt to convert the source code of the products and services offered, which are the subject of intellectual property rights, will not take any action of a damaging nature, will not violate the copyright notices of third parties. You agree that you will not change its trademarks. Actions to the contrary require legal and criminal liability.
